Delivery:

Finished products are delivered within 3 working days within Riyadh and Dammam, and specialty products are delivered within 30 to 60 working days from the date of receipt of the purchase order with advance payment, and after receipt of the required samples.
The unloading process must be arranged by the buyer, with all necessary equipment such as cranes and appropriate labor provided at the customer’s site. The organization assumes no responsibility for damages or accidents that occur during unloading.
After successfully completing the demonstration at our facility, the customer must sign the quotation and set the delivery date.

The implementation of the agreement will only start after receiving the down payment and agreeing to all conditions, with 60% of the order value to be paid upon confirmation, and 40% before delivery to the customer.
The required samples must be sent to our factory in China at the customer’s expense. If the delivery of the required samples is delayed, it may cause a delay in the delivery of the product to the customer.
Product sizes remain as discussed in the quote, any changes will incur an additional cost.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, which must be paid by the buyer under Saudi Arabian law.

The customer must provide the source of electrical power, compressed air, and the necessary infrastructure according to the required technical specifications, emphasizing that we do not assume any responsibility for the construction or installation of the infrastructure or any other associated equipment.
The equipment is installed free of charge and operational training is provided to the customer, provided a qualified technician is present with the equipment to ensure the success of the training. In the case of customized training frameworks, an additional fee of 500 to 1000 SAR is charged within Riyadh and Dammam.

All devices are warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of supply, and include a 12-month free maintenance warranty
Warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, accidents, or unapproved modifications.
If the customer repairs or modifies the devices without our consent, the warranty is void.
Consumable spare parts such as heaters, oils, filters, etc. are not included in the warranty and must be purchased separately.
The seller is not responsible for the quality of the final product, as it depends on the mixing and processing of the materials.

Once the order is confirmed, the manufacturing of the equipment is started immediately, so the order cannot be canceled or the deposit refunded under any circumstances.
Machines cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

If the delivery of the equipment is delayed beyond 10 days, a 10% per month charge will be levied on the total invoice amount.
Some machines and parts are manufactured in different countries such as Europe, China, Taiwan, and India.
Design or specifications may be changed without prior notice, and any modifications to the agreement result in a delay of up to 90 days. Some machines and spare parts are manufactured in different countries such as Europe, China, Taiwan, and India.

In the event of disruption due to lockdowns, strikes, trade disputes, or any reasons beyond our control, delivery will be suspended until the situation returns to normal.
Force majeure circumstances include port congestion, wars, shipping company closures, or the death of a prominent political figure.

In the event of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably, it shall be adjudicated in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if the order is within the Kingdom.
